Privacy notice for the updates list

This notice explains what happens to the details you give when you sign up for updates on spiralaya.com.

Who runs the list

The updates list is run by Gili Cook, in Israel. For any question about your details, write to gili@spiralaya.com.

What is collected

Your email address. Your name, if you choose to give it. Which updates you asked for. The date you signed up and the fact that you agreed to receive updates.

What it is used for

Only for sending the updates you asked for: occasional professional updates on SPIRALAYA, and updates on the book. A few times a year at most. Your details are not sold, not shared with others, and not used for advertising.

Where it is stored

The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and sign-ups are stored on its servers, which may be outside Israel. A copy of each sign-up reaches Gili Cook's email inbox. Updates are sent so that recipients cannot see each other's addresses.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe, or until the list is closed.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any update, or by writing to the address above. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details.
